Coordinated by EUCIS-LLL, the LLL-HUB project is a Lifelong Learning Programme KA1 Networks project that aims to create a new mechanism to increase and enhance national stakeholders’ ownership and expertise on European LLL strategies for better implementation at national, regional and local levels. The LLL-HUB would be a 3-phase mechanism involving comparative research & common spaces for dialogue on 4 key challenges: achieving the learning outcomes paradigm via flexible pathways, improving key competences & skills acquisition, providing quality and attractive lifelong learning opportunities for all and bridge relevant sectors and decision-levels for coherent strategies. EUCIS-LLL believes that lifelong learning strategies implementation must be done in partnership with stakeholders in a multi-governance spirit. The project kick-off meeting is taking place in Lyon, France from 24 to 26 February with a consortium of 10 partners from Member States and beyond.
