The European Association of Institutes for Vocational Training (EVBB) is a European umbrella association whose members are state associations, associations, coordinating institutes of education and educational providers at a national, regional and local level.
The objective work done by the EVBB is the qualitative improvement of vocational education and training in European countries and an increase in the efforts being carried out in education at a European level.
Currently there are 55 educational institutions from 20 European countries and from China, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Tunisia organized in the EVBB. There is a total staff of 35,000 working in the EVBB member associations at more than 1,500 educational centers.
Further institutions are currently being considered for membership. Hereby specific acceptance criteria are to be fulfilled.
Our members form a quality and development network and are active as project partners well beyond the borders of Europe, all over the world.
The EVBB is neither politically nor denominationally affiliated. Its activities are not focused on business operations or making a profit. It serves solely and exclusively non-profit purposes within the meaning of the General Fiscal Law as it is valid in the Federal Republic of Germany.
