The event, delivered under the theme of ‘Active Citizens of Europe’, will take place in the framework of the European Year of Citizens 2013. The conference will also be the 7th edition of the Active Citizens of Europe Awards, which celebrate the achievements of outstanding individuals and organisations in their work to further promote volunteering, active citizenship and social justice.
