To kick start the European Year of Skills 2023, EARLALL is pleased to invite education and training providers, as well as local and regional public authorities dealing with education and training, to a new webinar “Understanding Individual Learning Accounts: Challenges and prospects ahead” 9 February 2023.

Through this webinar, regional experts will interact with European Commission and OECD representatives to better understand what works and doesn’t work regarding the design and implementation of Individual Learning Accounts. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the EU policies that support the implementation of this tool to then compare practical experiences from Europe and abroad.
