The Lifelong Learning Platform organises an Annual Conferences on transversal and strategic issues in lifelong learning. We invite speakers and participants from various sectors of education and training to see how the same problem is tackled in a university, an association or a training centre, by the parents, the learners, the educators or managers. Social partners and representatives of national, regional and European institutions participate as well, to broaden the debate and disseminate our results to a larger audience.
2020: Lifelong Learning for Sustainable Societies
Because of the COVID-19 outbreak, the Annual Conference will take different formats than the one announced in early 2020. While the event will tackle the selected topic of “Lifelong Learning for Sustainable Societies”, LLLP will do so firstly through an online meeting on May 27th and then it will continue the discussion to shape civil society’s positions during the LLLWeek 2020. The online event will address the future of learning, skills, and the very way we learn today, all the while embedding some of the sustainability reflections into the lifelong learning debate. Save the date!
