Being able to work at ease in foreign contexts has proven to be a key employability element for VET students. Teaching and learning methodologies, such as CLIL (content and language integrated learning), have allowed VET students and teachers to get used to using a foreign language in class, resulting in a better provision to VET students of one of the key work competences: the knowledge of a foreign language deeply contextualised in a specific work environment.
