About the event

This event unites participants to explore how integrating the family perspective into education and training programs can drive meaningful system change. By addressing the key challenge of creating systemic change that supports both educators and families, this interactive workshop aims to encourage collaboration and innovative solutions. Participants will collaborate using Design Thinking methods to generate actionable ideas for more inclusive education policies. By focusing on the diverse needs of families and the challenges educators face, the workshop will cultivate a hands-on, collective environment where participants actively work together to identify solutions. Through case studies, empathy exercises, and brainstorming sessions, attendees will co-create practical suggestions that strengthen both family engagement and educator support within the educational landscape.
